Contact Plating and Current Capacity
The tin tails solder cleanly into plated through-holes; the 2.00 µm (78.7 µinch) post thickness is standard for wave-solder wetting. Operating temperature spans -40°C to 125°C, so the header can sit in an automotive cabin or an industrial cabinet near a heat source. The UL94 V-0 thermoplastic housing won't propagate flame inside the enclosure.
Mounting and Board Fit
The 1.50 mm insulation height above the board means the plastic body sits low — the receptacle mates flush against it. Pick-and-place compatible packaging (tube) suits automated assembly lines.
