The 292161-7 is a 7-position, single-row vertical header from TE's CT series, designed for board-to-cable/wire applications. Its 2.00mm pitch sets the footprint for a compact harness interconnect, and the shrouded 3-wall housing protects the male pins during mating and unmating. The through-hole termination with kinked pins anchors the header during wave solder and resists pull-out from cable strain. Current rating varies by wire gauge, so the limiting factor is the crimp terminal and wire size in your harness, not the header itself.
