Poke-in receptacle that saves a crimp step
Rated 6 A per circuit at 320 V, with tin-plated copper alloy contacts and a thermoplastic housing rated -40°C to 105°C.
Board cutout mount saves z-height
This receptacle mounts into a board cutout with surface-mount solder tails — the body sits partially through the PCB, which keeps the mated height low inside the enclosure. The SMT pads are on the top side; the cutout provides mechanical registration during reflow and resists shear from the wire bundle after assembly.
This is a receptacle that accepts stripped wire directly — it does not mate with a header or plug. The mating half is the wire itself, inserted into the poke-in contact cavity. There is no separate terminal to buy; the wire gauge range of 18-24 AWG determines which wire fits the contact beam. For a removable connection, the wire is released by pressing the release slot with a small tool — not by pulling on the wire.
Tin contacts for fixed installations
The tin contact finish is suited for connections that are mated once and left in service — not for frequent disconnect/reconnect cycles. Tin is cost-effective for internal wiring in appliances, lighting, and control panels where the wire is terminated at the factory and stays put. The 6 A rating at 320 V covers most low-power distribution needs inside equipment enclosures.
