It uses a 0.031" (0.80mm) pitch in a dual-row layout with center strip contacts — the narrow pitch keeps the board footprint compact while the 40 circuits handle dense signal routing between parallel PCBs.
Stack Height Range — One Part, Four Gaps
This plug supports mated stacking heights of 8mm, 12mm, 16mm, and 20mm — the same connector covers multiple board-spacing requirements. For a 12mm stack, that leaves about 4mm for the receptacle side — tight, but workable with the matching FH receptacle.
Contact Finish and Duty Cycle
The gold is on the mating surface; the SMT tails are tin or gold-flashed depending on the reel variant. For a mezzanine board that stays mated through the product life, this plating grade is adequate.
