9-Position Right-Angle MTA-100 Header
The 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch matches the standard MTA-100 IDC and crimp receptacle family, making it a direct fit for existing harness designs. Gold plating on the mating contact (30.0 µin thick) gives this header good cycle life for field-serviceable connections.
RoHS compliant, UL94 V-0 rated thermoplastic housing. The natural insulation color and tin-plated solder tails match the standard MTA-100 visual and soldering profile.
Mates with MTA-100 IDC or crimp-snap receptacles (e.g., 3-640441-9 or 3-641228-9) — same 0.100" pitch, same friction lock interface. The male pin contact length is 0.295" (7.49mm) on the mating side, with a 0.140" (3.56mm) solder tail for through-hole PCB mounting. The shrouded 1-wall design provides basic polarization to prevent mis-mating, but the keying is minimal — verify the receptacle orientation before assembly.
