Board-to-wire pin header, 5 positions, 0.100" pitch
The 3-644454-1: This is a 5-position unshrouded pin header from the MTA-100 series, with only 4 positions loaded — the centre position is empty. Through-hole solder termination, straight orientation, male square pins in a single row. The board locks in place during wave solder; the 0.110" (2.79 mm) post length fits standard PCB thicknesses.
Both mating and post contacts are tin-plated, 150 µinch (3.81 µm) thick. For environments with repeated disconnect-reconnect or corrosive atmospheres, gold-plated siblings in the MTA-100 range are available. The housing is natural thermoplastic, UL94 V-0 rated — it won't propagate flame in an enclosure fire.
