MTA-100 Series Compatibility and Mating Half

This header mates with standard MTA-100 receptacle housings and IDC connectors from the same series. The friction lock feature requires a matching receptacle with the corresponding latch ramp — verify the receptacle part number includes the lock feature for full retention. The through-hole solder termination (0.135" post length) suits wave-solder assembly. The 0.550" overall contact length provides enough standoff for the mating receptacle to fully seat without bottoming on the PCB.
