The 0.100" pitch sets the board layout: each pad centre-to-centre spacing is 2.54 mm, and the 5 positions require a total footprint width of 0.400" (10.16 mm) from the centre of pin 1 to pin 5. For a 22 AWG circuit, expect 4-5 A per contact; for 26 AWG, derate to around 2 A. The gold interface adds no measurable resistance at these levels.
