Right-angle, 2-position header for board-edge wire exits
The single-wall shroud protects the pin tips on one side but leaves the top exposed, so the mating housing slides in from the open face. Tin-plated mating contacts and 150.0 µinch tin on the solder post give good solderability and corrosion resistance for general-purpose environments.
The 0.290" (7.37mm) mating pin length provides enough engagement depth for a secure connection with most MTA-100 receptacles. The 0.140" (3.56mm) post length suits standard 1.6mm PCBs.
