Amp-In Power Terminal for PCB Mounting
It accepts 10-12 AWG wire, making it suitable for high-current distribution within a power supply, motor drive, or industrial control panel where a direct PCB solder connection is preferred over a discrete connector. The terminal is stamped from phosphor bronze with a tin finish — a standard combination for cost-effective, moderate-environment power terminations where repeated mating cycles are not required.
Wire Gauge and PCB Fit
The 10-12 AWG wire range covers the common power-distribution sizes used in bus bars and heavy-gauge harnesses. The terminal provides two PCB hole diameter options — 0.125" (3.18mm) and 0.148" (3.76mm) — so the board designer can match the hole to the terminal's press-in shoulder or to the plating thickness. The overall length of 0.295" (7.49mm) sets the standoff height above the board; the insulation diameter of 0.200" (5.08mm) tells you the maximum wire insulation OD the terminal barrel will accept.
