Right-Angle Header for Board-Edge Cable Exit
The 3-794618-2 is a 2-position, dual-row, right-angle through-hole header from the Micro MATE-N-LOK series. The right-angle orientation lets the mated cable exit parallel to the PCB, saving vertical clearance in tight enclosures. A shrouded 4-wall housing protects the male pins during handling and guides the mating receptacle into alignment. The locking ramp on the shroud provides audible positive retention against vibration. Two board locks on the through-hole tails anchor the header during wave solder and resist shear forces from cable strain.
