What is the 330876?
It is a field-terminable, in-line connector for RG-178 and RG-196 coaxial cables, using crimp termination for both the shield and center contact. The bayonet lock provides a quick, vibration-resistant mate, and the PTFE dielectric maintains stable impedance up to 2.5 GHz with 0.2 dB insertion loss.
The bayonet lock engages with a quarter-turn. Termination is crimp: the center contact crimps to the signal conductor, and the ferrule crimps over the cable braid for shield termination. The kit is pre-configured for RG-178 and RG-196 cables; using other cable types will change the impedance and may require a different ferrule or center contact.
