Board-fit and routing for the 9-position 6.35mm pitch header
The 350432-4 is a 9-position, 3-row header with a 6.35mm pitch on both the row and position spacing. In a production harness line, this reduces the risk of bent pins during blind-mate assembly. Locking ramp fastening provides positive retention under vibration — the ramp engages with the mating receptacle latch and holds the pair mated until deliberately released.
The mating contact surface carries 30µin gold over nickel. The post termination is tin-plated, which is the standard for solder-joint compatibility with HASL and OSP board finishes.
RoHS compliant, UL94 V-2 rated housing material. The insulation is natural polyamide (nylon), which is the standard grade for this series.
Mating half and system integration
This header mates with the Universal MATE-N-LOK receptacle housings and pin/socket contacts. Board-to-cable/wire style: the header is soldered into the PCB, and the mating receptacle terminates discrete wires via crimp contacts. This is the standard interconnect for power distribution and signal wiring within an enclosure.
