20-Pin Breakaway Header in the AMPMODU Mod II Family
In a production harness that sees fewer than 50 mate/unmate cycles over its life, this plating grade is cost-effective; for field-service connectors cycled quarterly, a gold-flash alternative would extend contact life. Typical uses include board-to-board stacking, wire-to-board cable assemblies, and internal power/signal distribution in industrial control, telecom, and test equipment.
As an unshrouded header, this part mates with standard AMPMODU Mod II receptacles — the 0.100" pitch receptacles that accept 22-26 AWG crimp terminals. Termination is through-hole solder.
The base product number 103327 identifies the family; the dash number (-0-20) specifies the 20-position variant. No official pin-compatible replacement or successor has been published by TE — this remains the current offering for the 20-position unshrouded Mod II header.
