13-Position Single-Row Breakaway Header
Tin-lead is a production-era finish; it carries the current at a lower cost than gold but oxidises faster if the connector is mated/unmated frequently. For a board that mates once and stays, the tin-lead interface is fine. For repeated disconnect in a corrosive environment, gold would be the better call.
