Through-hole right-angle mounting
The through-hole right-angle orientation places the 0.090" (2.29 mm) solder post perpendicular to the board edge, allowing the header to sit parallel to the PCB plane — a fit for card-edge or mezzanine layouts where vertical clearance is limited.
