This header mates with MTA-156 receptacle housings that accept crimp or IDC terminals. The 14-position, single-row receptacle is the direct match — look for the same 3.96mm pitch and friction lock feature on the receptacle side. The shrouded 1-wall design provides some keying protection during mating, reducing the chance of misalignment or pin damage. It's not fully enclosed, so the pins are still exposed on one side — typical for this series.
