The 4-644754-3 is the 13-position member of TE's MTA-156 shrouded header line, a board-to-cable/wire connector rated 600VAC with tin-plated mating contacts. It mounts through-hole right-angle with solder termination and carries a friction lock that holds the mated housing in place — you should hear it click when the latch seats.
Pitch, footprint, and lock alignment
At 0.156" (3.96mm) pitch, the single-row layout leaves room for routing between pads on a standard 2-layer board. The 1-wall shroud guides the mating receptacle, and the friction lock prevents the pair from backing out under light vibration — if it backs out, it's scrap, so the lock is worth confirming before the harness ships.
