Board footprint and mating half for 4-794632-0
This Micro MATE-N-LOK header is a 10-position, 2-row vertical through-hole connector on a 3.00mm pitch. The 3.00mm pitch sets the board footprint and the per-contact current ceiling — at the rated current the temperature rise stays within the housing material limit. The shrouded 4-wall design protects the male pins during handling and guides the mating receptacle into alignment. Mating half is a Micro MATE-N-LOK receptacle housing (sold separately) that accepts crimp terminals.
Contact plating and cycle life
In a field-service application where the connector is cycled quarterly, that is over a century of service life at the contact interface. The solder tails are tin-plated (100.0µin) for reliable soldering to the PCB.
