FFC housing, 5-way, 0.050" pitch
The 487544-2 is the 5-position member of TE's AMPMODU System 50 FFC housing line, accepting 0.05-0.08 mm flat flex cable. Rated 1.5 A per contact at 100 V, with a detent lock for retention and a UL94 V-0 polyester housing rated -55°C to 105°C.
Contacts ordered separately
This housing ships without contacts — the mating female terminals must be ordered separately and crimped onto the FFC before insertion. The 0.050" (1.27 mm) pitch and single-row layout match the System 50 receptacle footprint; the detent lock secures the mated pair without a secondary latch.
