Each contact is rated 3 A continuous. The wide operating temperature range (-65°C to 105°C) covers automotive underhood and industrial cabinet environments. Contact material is brass with tin plating on the solder tail (100.0µin) and gold on the mating surface. The tin tail is compatible with lead-free solder processes; the gold mating finish keeps contact resistance stable over the connector's service life.
Mates with AMPMODU MTE receptacle housings
This header mates with the corresponding AMPMODU MTE single-row receptacle housings (crimp or IDC termination). The latch holder on the header engages the receptacle's locking ramp, providing a positive retention that resists vibration — useful in automotive and telecom applications where the connector is subject to movement. The 0.230" (5.84mm) mating pin length ensures full contact wipe inside the receptacle before the latch clicks.
