24-position SMT header with 1.27 mm pitch and board locks
The 5-104549-3: The 0.050" (1.27 mm) pitch drives the PCB footprint and the per-contact current ceiling — at signal-level currents the temperature rise stays well within the PPA housing limit.
This header mates with AMPMODU System 50 receptacles that accept 0.025" square posts on a 1.27 mm pitch. Termination is surface-mount solder — the SMT tails are tin-plated (150.0 µinch / 3.81 µm) for good solder wetting. The 0.125" (3.18 mm) mating pin length engages with standard receptacle contacts.
