It is styled for board-to-board or cable connections, unshrouded, with male square pins and a push-pull fastening type. The gold mating finish (15.0 µin / 0.38 µm) provides reliable contact over repeated mating cycles, while the tin-plated posts (100.0 µin / 2.54 µm) solder cleanly into through-hole boards.
