8-position unshrouded breakaway header
The 5-146276-8 is the 8-position member of TE's AMPMODU Mod II breakaway header line, a single-row unshrouded through-hole header rated 3 A per contact. Gold-plated mating contacts with 15.0 µin (0.38 µm) thickness suit repeated mating cycles; the LCP housing carries a UL94 V-0 flammability rating and supports an operating range of -65°C to 105°C.
Pitch, plating, and current limits
At 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch, the single-row layout leaves board routing space between pins. The 3 A per-contact rating is the continuous current limit at the stated temperature range — derate above 105°C per the product drawing. Gold-on-gold mating interface (15.0 µin / 0.38 µm) provides corrosion resistance for low-level signal circuits.
