Board-to-board header for tight stacking
The 5-147381-2 is a 20-position, dual-row board-to-board header from TE's AMPMODU 50/50 Grid series. The 1.27 mm pitch and 6.35 mm mated stack height set the board spacing — useful for mezzanine card layouts where the z-height budget is under 7 mm. In a field-service connector cycled quarterly, that is decades of reliable contact at the interface.
SMT footprint and board lock anchor
The pick-and-place cap (included) allows vacuum pickup for automated assembly — reduces placement skew on dense boards. The 4-wall shrouded housing protects the 3.05 mm mating pins from damage during blind mating.
The 1318699-3 is a different series (4.20 mm pitch, 12 positions, through-hole, latch lock) — not a functional substitute for this 1.27 mm pitch SMT header.
