Board footprint and current ceiling
The 5-1775443-6: This 6-position header uses a 1.50 mm pitch, which sets the board footprint and the per-contact current ceiling. At 3 A per circuit the temperature rise stays within the thermoplastic housing limit — fine for signal-level loads in automotive, industrial, or medical gear. The full 4-wall shroud protects the male pins during mating and prevents pin stubbing in automated assembly lines. It also guides the mating receptacle into alignment, reducing the chance of bent contacts.
Pick-and-place readiness for SMT lines
No separate pick-and-place cover is listed in the specs; the housing itself is the pick surface.
