Nector S Bus Bar, 2-Position, LV-2 Keying
It carries a flange for panel mounting and is keyed LV-2, which prevents cross-mating with other keying variants in the same family.
What the 2-Position and LV-2 Keying Mean for the Fit
The 2-position count matches a 2-circuit power feed — the bus bar bridges two contacts in the mating Nector S header or receptacle. The LV-2 keying is a mechanical polarization feature: a bus bar with LV-2 keying will only mate with a Nector S housing that has the corresponding LV-2 keyway. This prevents assembling the wrong bus bar into a multi-voltage or multi-circuit harness where keying segregation is specified. The flange allows the bus bar to be bolted to a panel or chassis, taking the mechanical strain off the connector contacts.
