50-position AMPMODU Mod II receptacle
The 5-534204-1 is the 50-position member of TE's AMPMODU Mod II receptacle line, a board-to-board interconnect with push-pull fastening and guide pin ears for alignment. Dual rows at 0.100" pitch and 0.100" row spacing, gold-plated mating contacts rated 30.0µin thickness, tin-plated posts at 50.0µin. Through-hole right-angle mounting with kinked pin solder termination.
Contact system and plating
Phosphor bronze female square socket contacts with 30.0µin gold on the mating interface and 50.0µin tin on the solder post. The gold mating finish supports repeated connect-disconnect cycles in signal-level board-stacking applications.
Board mounting and alignment
Through-hole right-angle orientation with a 0.115" post length and 0.238" insulation height above the board. Guide pin ears on the housing register the receptacle during mating, taking shear load off the signal pins. Kinked pins provide retention during wave solder before the joints set.
