The 5-535598-8 is the 16-position dual-row member of TE's AMPMODU Mod IV receptacle line, designed for board-to-board or cable connections with a 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch. Gold-plated mating contacts rated 2 A per circuit, through-hole mounting, push-pull fastening, and a UL94 V-0 glass-filled polyester housing.

Contact plating and temperature range

Mating contacts carry 10.0 µin (0.25 µm) gold over phosphor bronze; the post finish is 150.0 µin (3.81 µm) tin. The operating temperature spans -65°C to 125°C.
