Mating Half and Fit Check
The header can be through-hole or surface-mount, depending on the board design. In a vibration-prone harness, a secondary retention method — a wire tie or a connector-position-assurance clip — is worth considering. The 0.100" row spacing is standard across the Mod IV family, so any dual-row Mod IV header with two positions will mate, provided the pin length and polarization match.
