The 5102321-3: The 4-wall shrouding and latch lock/eject hooks keep the mating half aligned and locked under vibration — the eject hooks also help unmate a tight harness without prying at the plastic.
The square male pins are 0.240" (6.10mm) long on the mating side, reaching well into the receptacle contact. Overall contact length is 0.684" (17.37mm). The insulation height of 0.549" (13.94mm) gives clearance under the shroud for cable strain relief or IDC receptacle bodies.
