Mechanical Retention and PCB Fit
Long latch lock/eject hooks on both ends secure the mated pair against vibration and provide a lever for unmating when the cable is bundled. The mounting flange adds a screw-down option for extra retention in high-shock environments. The through-hole solder tails are 0.155-inch (3.94mm) long, with tin-plated posts for reliable soldering into standard 0.100-inch grid boards. The 0.315-inch (8.00mm) insulation height keeps the contact area well above the board surface.

The housing material is rated UL94 V-0, meeting flame-retardant requirements for equipment inside enclosures.
