Board-to-board receptacle, dual-row 2.54 mm pitch
The 534236-8 is the 16-position member of TE's AMPMODU Mod II receptacle line, a dual-row board-to-board socket accepting a mating header from the same series. Gold-plated mating contacts on phosphor bronze carry the signal path; the through-hole solder termination secures the part to the PCB.
Position count and row spacing
The 16 loaded positions are arranged in two rows spaced 0.100" (2.54 mm) apart, matching the mating pitch for a uniform footprint across the AMPMODU Mod II series.
