The 535541-1: Rated at 2 A per contact, this is a signal-level interconnect — the current ceiling is limited by the contact size and housing material, not the plating. The mating finish is 30 µinch gold over phosphor bronze, which supports repeated mating cycles without corrosion. In a typical lab or test fixture where the connector is cycled a few hundred times, this plating grade provides reliable contact resistance over the life of the equipment.
Termination and Mounting – Through Hole, Solder Tail
Through-hole termination with a 0.125" (3.18 mm) solder post. The square pin contact mates with standard 0.025" square-post headers. For vibration-prone environments, a secondary retention method (wire tie or potting) may be needed.
Environmental Range – -65°C to 125°C
