The 5499345-9: This AMP-Latch header packs 40 circuits into two rows on 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch, with a right-angle through-hole termination that routes the cable assembly parallel to the board surface. Rated 1 A per contact at 250 VAC over a -65°C to 105°C range, with UL94 V-0 rated insulation — this is a signal-duty interconnect for control and data cabling inside equipment enclosures.
The right-angle through-hole footprint uses 0.110" (2.79mm) post length for solder tail insertion into the PCB; the mating pin length is 0.240" (6.10mm), which sets the engagement depth with the receptacle. Row spacing matches the pitch at 0.100" (2.54mm), so the board footprint is a simple 40-pin grid with 0.100" between adjacent pins and between rows.
