Each contact is rated at 3A continuous. In a 16-position header, the total current capacity is limited by the sum of adjacent contacts and the ambient temperature; derating applies above 25°C per the AMPMODU MTE derating curve. The square male pin measures 0.230" (5.84mm) mating length and 0.130" (3.30mm) post length, providing adequate engagement depth for standard AMPMODU receptacles.

This header mates with AMPMODU MTE receptacle housings and crimp socket contacts. The keying slot prevents mismating in multi-connector harnesses. The insulation height of 0.200" (5.08mm) provides clearance for mating receptacle latch engagement.
