It mates with AMPMODU MTE receptacles for wire-to-board or board-to-board connections. The full 4-wall shroud protects the gold-plated male pins and guides the mating half into alignment — no bent pins from a blind mate.
The mating contacts carry 15.0 µinch (0.38 µm) gold over the brass base, with a 100.0 µinch (2.54 µm) tin post finish. The tin post tail solders cleanly into the plated through-hole, and the UL94 V-0 thermoplastic housing holds up in equipment that requires a flame-rated enclosure.
