The 6-1971845-5 is a 5-position, single-row shrouded header from TE Connectivity's 1971845 base series, on a 5.00 mm pitch — a spacing that gives you room to route power traces without the current derating you'd see on a 2.54 mm header. The four-wall shroud and latch holder mean this connector is designed to stay mated under vibration, not just sit there on the board.
The insulation height of 0.504" (12.80 mm) gives clearance for the latch holder above the board surface. Tin-plated mating contacts and tin post finish keep the cost down for moderate mating-cycle applications — expect several hundred cycles before fretting becomes a concern in a clean environment.
