Press-fit single post terminal
The 60802-2 is a non-insulated single post terminal from TE Connectivity AMP Connectors, designed for press-fit installation into a plated through-hole. The tin-plated phosphor bronze body measures 0.375" (9.53mm) overall, with 0.160" (4.06mm) above the flange and 0.150" (3.81mm) below. The flange diameter is 0.090" (2.29mm), and the pin above the flange is 0.058" (1.47mm) in diameter.
Board thickness range and hole size
The terminal accepts boards from 0.062" to 0.093" (1.57mm to 2.36mm) thick, with a recommended mounting hole diameter of 0.046" to 0.050" (1.17mm to 1.27mm).
