The contact termination is crimp, which means a standard hand tool or automatic press seats the terminal into the cavity; the locking ramp then retains it mechanically. No soldering, no secondary retention hardware.
Mounting type is panel mount, snap-in. The housing snaps into a rectangular panel cutout and stays put without screws or brackets.
