The 6 circuits are arranged in two rows with a row spacing matching the 0.163" (4.14mm) pitch, giving a compact but serviceable footprint for a 6-position power or signal interconnect. The dual-row layout keeps the housing width manageable while maintaining the 4.14mm pitch — enough creepage for typical 250V-600V applications in this series, though the actual voltage rating depends on the crimp terminal selected.
This plug housing accepts either male or female crimp contacts (sold separately), terminated to the wire before insertion. The latch lock engages audibly with the mating Mini-Universal MATE-N-LOK II receptacle housing — the same series, same pitch, same row count. The free-hanging design means no panel cutout or PCB footprint is needed; the connector pair floats in the harness, secured only by the latch and the wire strain relief at the back of the housing.
