The unshrouded design lets you snap off individual positions if your circuit count is lower than 16 — handy when you need a non-standard width on the same footprint.
Footprint and Routing Fit
0.100" pitch on both the row spacing and the pin-to-pin spacing — this is the standard grid for AMPMODU Mod II and most 0.100" ribbon-cable receptacles. The 0.228" mating pin length engages fully with the receptacle contact beam before the latch clicks.
If you need a different circuit count or plating option, the AMPMODU Mod II family includes other breakaway headers in the same 0.100" grid.
