What this 14-position header is for
If the ambient hits 105°C — the upper end of the rated operating range — derate the current per the AMPMODU Mod II derating curve; the 3A rating applies at 85°C ambient. The tin-plated solder tails (100.0µin) are standard for wave-solder attachment; no special flux or cleaning step is needed beyond the assembly line's normal process.
This header mates with standard AMPMODU Mod II receptacle housings — the 0.100" pitch, square 0.025" posts, and 0.230" mating length match the Mod II socket contact geometry. Use the matching crimp-to-wire or IDC receptacle for board-to-cable connections, or a through-hole receptacle for board-to-board stacking.
