Through-hole breakaway header, 72 positions
The 9-146258-0-36 is the 72-position member of TE's AMPMODU Mod II breakaway header line, dual-row, unshrouded, with push-pull fastening. Rated 3 A per contact, the header carries tin-plated mating and post contacts (100.0µin / 2.54µm thickness) and mounts through-hole with solder termination.
Pitch, footprint, and breakaway design
Mating pitch is 0.100" (2.54mm) with a row spacing of 0.100" (2.54mm), giving a standard grid that matches common perf-board and PCB layouts. The unshrouded breakaway style lets the builder snap the header to the exact position count needed — all 72 positions are loaded from the factory. Overall contact length is 0.410" (10.41mm), with a mating length of 0.230" (5.84mm) and a post length of 0.090" (2.29mm). Insulation height is 0.090" (2.29mm) above the board.
Material and temperature range
Housing is liquid crystal polymer (LCP) rated UL94 V-0, black. Contacts are copper alloy. Operating temperature range is -65°C to 105°C.
