Critical: Contacts Are Not Included
The housing ships empty — the note "Contacts Not Included" means you must order the crimp socket terminals separately. The green PA housing accepts the terminal with a positive retention latch.
This is a crimp-type receptacle — the wire is terminated to a separate socket terminal, then the terminal is inserted into the housing. The free-hanging design lets the connector float in the harness, which helps with alignment during mating in tight enclosures.
