8-Circuit Plug Housing for Universal MATE-N-LOK
The 0.250" (6.35 mm) pitch gives each circuit generous spacing — enough headroom for the 600 V rated voltage the series carries, and room to hand-terminate or probe without crowding. The single-row layout keeps the housing narrow, which helps when routing multiple circuits through a tight harness bundle. This is a free-hanging (in-line) plug that accepts male pin crimp contacts — the terminals are ordered separately. The latch lock snaps into the matching receptacle housing and holds the pair mated under vibration.
Contacts and Mating Half
The Universal MATE-N-LOK terminal family uses a stamped-and-formed pin contact that crimps onto 20-14 AWG wire. The mating receptacle housing is the 8-position female version (TE order code 1-480424-0), which accepts the matching female socket terminals. Stock both halves or neither — an orphan plug is dead stock.
