6-Position Receptacle Housing for Universal MATE-N-LOK
The locking ramp fastening secures the mate against vibration, and the snap-in panel mount lets you fix the housing to a chassis or enclosure wall.
Contacts Not Included — Plan Your BOM
For a complete mated assembly you need the matching male header (typically the plug housing) and the appropriate crimp terminals — TE offers both male and female contacts for the Universal MATE-N-LOK system, sized for wire gauges common in power distribution. Factor the contact order code and quantity into your BOM; the housing alone is just the shell.
Mates with the Universal MATE-N-LOK plug housing using the locking ramp for positive retention. Panel mount, snap-in style — no hardware needed, just a rectangular cutout. The single-row 6-position layout keeps the assembly narrow, good for tight spaces in a junction box or behind a panel.
