Housing for a 10-Circuit Power Harness
The TE Connectivity 929504-4 is a 10-position receptacle housing from the Junior Power Timer series, built for wire-to-wire or wire-to-device power interconnects in automotive and industrial harness assemblies. It uses a 5.00 mm pitch with a 5.60 mm row spacing across two rows, giving each circuit enough creepage for the power levels this series handles. The housing is free-hanging (in-line) and accepts crimp terminals — the contacts themselves are ordered separately, so the BOM needs the matching female socket terminals added as a line item.
What It Mates With and How It Terminates
This receptacle housing mates with the corresponding Junior Power Timer header (male pin side) to form a locked power interconnect. Termination is crimp-style — the installer crimps the female socket terminal onto the wire, then inserts it into the housing cavity until the primary latch seats. The black PBT insulation material handles the underhood temperature range typical of this series.
