50 Ohm BNC Bulkhead Jack for RF Signal Paths

The 031-5539-1010: The bayonet lock coupling provides quick connect/disconnect while maintaining a secure 50 Ohm transmission line. This connector uses a zinc die-cast body with nickel finish, a phosphor bronze center contact with gold plating, and a polypropylene dielectric. The isolated construction and board lock feature prevent ground loops through the panel and provide mechanical retention when soldered to a PCB. The bulkhead front-side nut mounting allows installation from the outside of the panel, with the connector body passing through a clearance hole and secured by the included lockwasher and nut.

For applications exceeding 500 cycles, consider a higher-cycle BNC variant with thicker gold plating.
