The 78207-120HLF: The friction lock holds the mating receptacle in place under moderate vibration — no secondary latch or screw required. Contact finish is 30 µinch gold or GXT™ on the mating face, over phosphor bronze base metal.

This header mates with Mini-PV™ receptacle housings that accept 20-24 AWG crimp terminals. The friction lock engages with the corresponding ramp on the receptacle — confirm the mating part includes the lock feature. The keying slot in the header prevents mis-mating with non-keyed receptacles. The 2-wall shroud provides additional polarization.
